About the CCA
Established in 2017, North Vista Basketball is an all-boys programme for Primary 2 to Primary 6 students. It progressively develops the skills and game knowledge students require to participate in competitive basketball.
What Students Experience
Members receive structured basketball training through three developmental teams—Rookies, Juniors and Seniors—with opportunities for suitable players to compete at Zonal and National level in the National Schools Games.
What Students Develop
Basketball-specific skills & knowledge
Experience of training & playing as part of a competitive team.
Pathway / Selection
P2 students spend at least one year as Rookies before progressing to Juniors, subject to commitment and progression. P3–P5 train as Juniors during Terms 1–2; P5 players move to Seniors from Term 3 while P3–P4 remain Juniors. P6 students step down after the NSG competition in Term 2. Progression into a higher training team does not automatically mean selection for NSG; committed and consistently progressing Junior/Senior players are shortlisted separately.
Promotion Period for VISTA Basketball
