For subject-specific learning matters, you may contact the relevant Subject Teacher.
For administrative matters or if you are unsure whom to approach, contact the General Office, and our staff will direct your enquiry to the appropriate person.

Communicating with Us
How can I contact my child's teacher?
For matters concerning your child's learning, progress or well-being, please contact the Form Teacher or relevant Subject Teacher.
As teachers may be conducting lessons or carrying out other professional duties during the school day, they may not be able to respond immediately. Where a longer discussion is required, parents may arrange an appointment with the teacher.
When can I expect a response from a teacher?
Teachers will respond to parent communications within reasonable working arrangements.
Parents should not expect responses after 5.30 p.m. on weekdays or during weekends, except where specific arrangements have been made.
How do I update my contact details?
Please ensure that your registered telephone number, email address and other relevant contact information are kept up to date so that the school can reach you when necessary.
Where available, parents may update relevant information through Parents Gateway. For assistance, please contact the General Office.
How will I receive school announcements and circulars?
Important school communications may be shared through official channels such as Parents Gateway and the school website.
For current school circulars, letters, newsletters and other parent resources, visit News & Resources.
For CCA updates, students should check the CCA Notice Board.
How can I provide feedback to the school?
Parents who wish to make an enquiry, provide feedback or seek assistance may contact the school through the appropriate official contact channel.
For matters relating specifically to your child, contacting your child's Form Teacher first will often allow the matter to be addressed more effectively.
